"Memories of the Bygone Love" [2001]
Song: Knyazev (text), Gorsheniov (music, lead vocal)
My gloomy castle is sleeping behind the mountain. The peace, which reigns in it, torments the soul now and then. I am a suffering hero of my own fantasies, and the images of my true love are all with me.
I often see fear in the eyes, which are looking at me: they are destined to fall asleep in my walls, to freeze in my worlds. But my heart is burning from love, and my soul hurts. And the sight of the wax figures is beautiful – peace reigns everywhere!
I used to bring them to my beautiful house. I gave them wine, and then we had fun. Sometimes, they got slightly scared, when my strong hands touched their gentle necks.
I often see fear in the eyes, which are looking at me: they are destined to fall asleep in my walls, to freeze in my worlds. But my heart is burning from love, and my soul hurts. And the sight of the wax figures is beautiful – peace reigns everywhere!
Here is one: she is carrying her flowers for me. And there stands another one, immersed in sweet dreams. I tried to make them laugh to death, but had to strangle, like in an old tale...
I often see fear in the eyes, which are looking at me: they are destined to fall asleep in my walls, to freeze in my worlds. But my heart is burning from love, and my soul hurts. And the sight of the wax figures is beautiful – peace reigns everywhere!
