For many days, the king was sad, and people had no idea what the trouble was, so someone brought a funny dwarf jester to the palace. The dwarf jumped around and joked, and the people laughed insanely. The jester did not stop making them laugh. On the floor the king suddenly fell.

Ho! Ho! Everything is upside down! Ho! Ho! Everything goes round! Laughter from all sides! Laughter in the jolly kingdom!

It turned quiet in the palace. Everyone stood standstill, with their mouths open, staring at the body. The guards tried to catch the jester, but he - like a ball - jumped off their hands! The nasty fool run around the hall, and the court folk after him. But what a strange situation - no one could catch the jester!

Tired of laughter, the poor people got exhausted. The guards in armor were lying on the floor - and everyone was laughing terribly. There was no king any more. Everyone, without exception, gone mad. Months and years flew by in the jolly kingdom of the dwarf jester!
